My name is Daniel D'Agostino, and I am the author of this website and several others. I am known as "Gigi" because I have the same surname as the famous Italian DJ, Gigi D'Agostino.

In my childhood, I was a very non-technical and non-scientific person. Natural languages were my passion at the time. However, I always loved playing computer games as a hobby, and always wished I could learn how to create such masterpieces.
In 2002 I began experimenting with web technologies and programming. I also joined the Ultima Dragons Internet Chapter. This was a stepping stone that led me to create my first website, take part in several remake projects, and learn many things about programming, web development and game creation since I was still 14 and there were many older people with much more experience.
I now work as a software developer, and graduated with a BSc IT (Hons) in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in December 2009. I occasionally also work as a freelance web developer. I have many interests in the science and IT worlds, ranging from game development to systems programming to networking to web development.
