: It was a common practice for Ivan to headbang... so I made a couple of pictures as a memory of that.

Different people interpreted it in different ways... some saw it as a rocker's headbanging while others thought he had excess contact with a pneumatic drill.
Others just thought something was wrong with his neck, and proceeded to buy him a suitable pivot for his birthday.
