Programming

The Beginning

Inside my PC I began programming in August/September 2002 in C++. Before I got to University, the only other language I learned was Pascal, which I needed for school. In summer 2004 I got my first taste of Object Oriented Programming and programming graphical programs, and I wrote a cross-platform remake of Minesweeper to practise. That game eventually got two sequels, which you can explore at my Minesweeper Legacy site.

When I got to University (since October 2005) I learned several other languages, and a lot of good programming techniques.

See Gigi's Computer Corner for some projects I'm working on. This does not include assignments I wrote for University, including a game server, a personal organiser application, a neural network, and many others.
