12th December 2011 by Dino
There's been lots of news lately and I haven't really had time to cover it. I could use a hand with news in these busy times, if anyone's willing to lend one. Anyway, here is a summary of what's new:
- Good Old Games have resumed re-releasing EA titles, among which is The Complete Ultima 7.
- A short note on the Iris2 website asks users to update their client (using the Iris2 GUI Updater) if they encounter any problems.
- There have been three updates at the Ultima 6 Remake for Exult. Work has been done on new shapes and animations, as well as Usecode, and new screenshots have been released.
- Firstknight has released a first "Mini Mods" release at Forgotten World, giving access to a lot of unused content in the Earth map of Ultima 9.
- Thepal announced that he's taking a break from his Serpent Isle for Oblivion remake, but will resume work on it next month, and is hoping for a release in early 2012.
- At the UDIC Facebook Group, Manuel Masias shared a video of Stones played through an MT32.
There's also a lot more news at Aiera, but I'll catch up with that another time.
