Ultima 5 for NWN is a new remake by the same person who made Avatarship, the remake of Ultima 4 for Neverwinter Nights, which you can find at Lyrac.

Nazghul is a game engine resembling the Ultima 5 engine, and its goal is to do what the U5 engine can, and better. The actual game is in no way related to Ultima - the only connection to Ultima is the engine being based on that of Ultima 5.
