EGA (EGA*.BIN)
The EGA tilesets do not index into a palette. Instead, they are composed of BGRA channels, each channel 4 bits long, and the A channel determining whether the three colours are bright (* 0xFF) or dim (* 0x7F).
The data for each pixel is not contiguous. The exact structure of these files is still being investigated.
