The Rhetorical Ultima, part of Underworld Dragon's Notable Ultima, is home to nine essays on general Ultima topics.
The Encyclopaedia Britannia Forum, part of The Wayward Avatar forums is a collection of information that will ultimately be added to an Ultima Encyclopaedia. Anybody can submit information there, as many people including me do. The encyclopaedia is not yet ready, but the forum itself is an excellent source of information.
Avocet Dragon's Ultima Encyclopaedia is another encyclopaedia, though somewhat smaller.
Ethics
Many virtues can be found on the Ultima Thule, including the Britannian virtues, Mandrake's virtues, the Gargoyle virtues, and the Ophidian virtues.

Houston Dragon's Ultima Page hosts information about virtues, including the Eight Virtues of Lord British, the Laws of Lord Blackthorn, the Guardian's virtues, the Ophidian virtues, and the Gargoyle culture.

The Ultima Online Archive has information about all the Ultimas, including documentation, maps and walkthroughs.
La Ledende d' Ultima has all kinds of information about all the Ultimas, including maps, walkthroughs, pictures and downloads.
Ganesh's website has an Ultima Page with pages for Ultima 7, Serpent Isle, Ultima 8 and the Underworlds. The information on the website is mostly utilities and downloads, but Ganesh also has some other useful things.
Prescient Dragon's Hint Network has a Complete Guide to Ultima 1, a Complete Guide to Ultima 8 and an incomplete Complete Guide to Ultima 9.
Arthuris' Ultima Page has lots of maps and useful documents in his Help section.
Avocet Dragon's Journey to Sosaria has lots of good information about every Ultima, as well as an Encyclopaedia.
Hacki's Ultima Page is the home of nitpicks from the whole Ultima series.
The Other Codex has anything you can imagine that is Ultima-related. It is just as knowledgable as the Codex of Ultimate wisdom, made by Paulon Dragon, one of the most knowledgable Dragons on the net.
Auric's Ulima Moongates has been deemed one of the best Ultima resource sites on the web. With an Ultima IV Annex full of information, and links to resources about every Ultima, this site is truly a great resource site.
If you want information about the places of Britannia, or all the music from the Ultima games, you should visit Mysterious Sosaria.
Trigon Dragon's Ultima Dox is a documentation project to provide the original manuals, and also maps, from Ultima 1 to 6. It also has some useful tools such as a mapping font.
Infintron Dragon's Ultima Thule provides excellent lists of information such as prices and statistics.
In Underworld Dragon's Notable Ultima, you may find all sorts of information. There are dialogues, books, scrolls, signs, collectibles, Origin People, Origin History, and loads of other quality information.
Ether Dragon's Ultima Lives offers all kinds of information, from price lists to maps and walkthroughs.
Samson Dragon's Ultima Emulation Archive, formerly the Dragon's Den, has some resources for the PC Ultimas, as well as downloadable Ultimas for other platforms. However, do read his disclaimer before downloading anything.
Virtues Dragon's Codex of Ultimate Wisdom contains lots of different kinds of information, including even manual scans from the Ultimas!
The Ultimatrix Homepage by Xenerkes Dragon specialises on maps made by his program "Ultimatrix", but also has some other nice utilities.
The World of Ultima contains pictures, sounds and music, and some neat files for download, including a screenshot program among others.
Houston Dragon's Ultima Page offers loads of excellent things, including biographies and portraits of Ultima 7 characters (both Black Gate and Serpent Isle).

On Mysterious Sosaria, you can explore the land through a map, and read descriptions about the places.
Quizes and Tests
There are a few good tests to be taken in Quill Dragon's Lair. There is a list of these tests in the Path of the Powerplayer They include virtue tests as well as a vice test.
The Lair of the Evil_Freak has a test about Ultima knowledge.
Ultima People
The World of Ultima has pictures of the Ultima designers team and Richard Garriott.
The World of Ultima also has pictures of the Britannia manor, divided into parts 1, 2 and 3.
There is an essay with pictures about Lord British on Ultima Lives.
There are essays on most or all of the Origin People on Underworld Dragon's Notable Ultima, as well as the history of Origin.
