U1 Guide Mobile Improvements (and more)

The Ultima 1 Guide just got a few usability improvements:

• I've improved the way the U1 Guide looks on mobile in general.
• The U1 map viewer has been adapted to fit on mobile devices, and it should now look and work properly on any device.
• The Opinions form has been centred in the page.
• I've made the first changes towards changing the underlying HTML structure. This shouldn't have any noticeable differences, but will result in a better structure and will make some search engines happy.

Other than that, here are a few other recent updates to Dino's Ultima Page:

• The Ultima Underworld 1 page got a link to The CRPG Book (which has an entry about it) and also to The CRPG Addict's 1992/1993 review where the game won Game of the Year.
• A copy of Blue Dragon's Ultima 5 walkthrough, originally hosted at Blackshadow Dragon's Ultima Warehouse, has been added to the Ultima 5 Guide.
• Six new websites have been added to the WebDB2.
• Other minor fixes and improvements.
