U8 Utilities Updates

I've made a few housekeeping updates to the Ultima 8 Utilities page today:

• Slightly extended the description in the Pentagram Ultima 8 Engine subsection
• In the Pentagram Map & Shapes Viewer subsection:
  • Moved the two existing images to the new gallery format
  • Gave the two existing images larger thumbnails
  • Updated the Exult link
