Savage Empire Info Updates

Due to my recent efforts around speedrunning The Savage Empire (which are still ongoing, by the way), I've collected a bunch of information that I gradually added to the Savage Empire Guide:

• Walkthrough page: updated the Speedruns section to reflect the most recent speedrun.
• Maps and Places: updated list of world maps to include variants of Kenn Rice's world map.
• Fun:
  • Added a new section on Finishing the Game Early.
  • Added a lot of info to the Bugs section.
• Main page:
  • Added a link to the Savage Empire wiki at StrategyWiki, under the Other good Savage Empire sites section.
  • In the Documentation section, I am now hosting the manual that originally came from Quill Dragon's Lair.
• MDHack: added two screenshots, as well as technical details on how to toggle cheats even without MDHack. Also added a note about the Alt codes in the MDHack documentation being wrong.
• Landscape: added an image and description on webs.
• Items:
  • Updated the Valuable materials section to reflect the fact that any precious stone (not just emeralds) can be used in the Kotl fruit machine.
  • Added info on using metal buckets with tar and water to the Making things section.
